I recently started taking this medication 1mg. To be honest, I was pretty worried about it at first. You know, the whole prescription thing can be uncomfortable. But so far, it's been {pretty good. I feel more relaxed and it's definitely helped with my insomnia. I haven't noticed any weird feelings
